Sellers who get Amazon payouts every two weeks
There is a recent known issue with Amazon settlement reports, leading a lot of our users to have to contact them in order to get it resolved. If your inbound shipping and subscription fees are not importing into the Accounting tab in InventoryLab you may be impacted.
To confirm please go to Reports>Payments>All Statement page in Seller Central.
Then, on the right side of the page for your CLOSED settlements (not the open one) you’ll see “Download Flat File”, “Download Flat File V2”, “Download XML”.
Please make sure that XML reports are showing as on option on the reports (see below for what your screen will look like if everything is correct). If XML reports are not showing then you are impacted by this Amazon technical issue and will need to open a case with Seller Support for correction.
In the case tell them that you need XML formatted files on your settlement reports going forward, and for all the missing settlement periods that do not have it, they should be able to fix this for you. Once they generate the missing files, it should automatically fix the issue within 24 hours as our system will automatically grab them. If for some reason it does not, please contact us.
