The Amazon Listing Errors page provides a place to look up errors that have been generated from Amazon. Typically, errors are due to product restrictions or issues with box content information.
To access the Amazon List Errors page, click the List tab and select Amazon Listing Errors from the dropdown menu.
At the top of the page is a search field, and you can search the errors by MSKU, Batch Name, Shipment ID, or search all fields by selecting Everything.
Input the information into the field after selecting the search parameter (the default is Everything), and click the green Search button.
Clicking on the Reset button clears the search results and displays all of the errors.
The errors are listed chronologically, with the newest errors displayed at the top of the page. The errors are labeled with the Batch or Shipment Name, the Error Type, Timestamp, and Action Area for the errors.
Clicking the i under Action will open up a window below the error headings with details about the error(s) for that batch or shipment.
Note: Amazon typically includes the MSKU causing the issue towards the beginning of an error message in brackets or in between slashes.
Clicking the red X will clear the error message. This cannot be undone.
