The Amazon Listing Errors page provides a place to look up errors that have been generated from Amazon.
To get to the page, click on List, then select Amazon Listing Errors in the drop down.
At the top of the page is a search field, and you can search the errors by MSKU, Batch Name, Shipment ID, or searching all fields. Input the information into the field after selecting the search parameter (the default is everything), and click on the green Search button.
Clicking on the Reset button clears the search results and displays all of the errors.
The errors are listed chronologically, with the newest errors displaying at the top of the page. The errors are labeled with the Batch Name, the Error Type, Timestamp, and Action Area for the errors.
Clicking on the i under Action, will open up a window below the error headings with details about the error(s) for that batch. Amazon typically includes the MSKU causing the issue towards the beginning of an error message in brackets.
Clicking on the red X will clear the error message. Once cleared, you cannot get this message back.
