While creating a batch, you may notice that the Shipping Contact cannot be edited.
It appears as a dropdown menu, but when you click on it, you will only see the current contact written out in full.
If you need to make changes, your Shipping Contact information is handled within your Threecolts Manager account. It's easy to do!

Click your name in the upper right corner of the Threecolts navigation menu and select My Profile from the dropdown menu.
a. Here, you'll find the My Profile menu, where you can update your contact information, including your First Name, Last Name, Username, Email, Phone Number, and Timezone.
- After editing the information, click Save to confirm the changes or click Cancel to go back.
Once your new contact information is saved, the updated Shipping Contact will be reflected when creating a batch.
