3. Complete the following fields under General Information.
Batch Name: The default is the date and time you open the batch. You may choose to customize it based on supplier, contents, etc.
Channel: Choose from FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) or MFN (Merchant Fulfilled).
Note: The option for MFN is currently in working development and will be coming soon! |

Note: Important steps for listing case-packed items are still in working development. Check back in soon for updates! |

5. On the next screen, provide the following information:
Shipping Contact: This field pulls the contact information from your account settings. It displays the shipping contact in a sample format that includes the name, phone number, and email address. It is only visible for FBA Shipments.
Note: While you may be able to click on Shipping Contact, you won't see an option to change it to something else. See our guide to updating your shipping contact if you need to change yours. |
Ship From Address: You can choose your Ship From Address here. The default address will be displayed. If you have more than one address in Settings and need to change to one of the secondary addresses, click the arrow to choose a secondary address. To add a new address, click the plus sign on the right side, enter the new address, and click Save Address.
Box Contents: You can click the toggle to turn your Box Contents On or Off. The toggle is turned on when the knob is on the right. If your Box Contents are toggled On, you can select On - Using 2D Barcode or On - Using Feed.
Note: On - Using Feed is the only fully supported Box Contents option in the beta right now. The options for submitting box contents via 2D Barcode and submitting batches with box contents turned off will be available soon! |
Min/Max Preferences: Choose whether you would like to capture min/max prices for items added to the batch. You have three choices:
- Do not capture: InventoryLab will not ask for your min/max prices.
- Send to Amazon: InventoryLab will save your min/max prices for each MSKU and share them with Amazon's repricer and any other repricer you've integrated. This can help prevent high pricing errors.
- Save to InventoryLab: InventoryLab will save your min/max prices and share them with any repricer you've integrated, but will not share them with Amazon.
Note: Min/max fields are in working development and will be available soon! In the meantime, the beta works as if you had selected Do not capture regardless of what is chosen here. |
6. Click Start Your Batch.
