Depending on where you are in your workflow, an open batch or shipment can have several different statuses. To make it easier to skim the status, we added icons to the left of the batch or shipment name. Here are the icons, their respective stage, and their meaning!
| ICON | STATUS | MEANING |
| Batch State: Listing Started | Your batch is still in the List & Prep stage, where you are adding items or reviewing the batch. | |
| Batch State: Shipments Proposed | Your batch is in the Proposed FBA Shipments stage, where you create your shipments. | |
| Batch State: Box Contents | Your batch is in the Box Contents stage, where you assign and send box content information. | |
| Shipment State: Working Shipment | Your created shipment is in a Working status. | |
| Shipment State: Ready for Carrier | You have paid for shipping in InventoryLab, and the shipment is ready for carrier pickup. | |
| Shipment State: Ready to Ship | If you use a non-partnered carrier to complete your shipment, you can mark your shipment as Ready to Ship to indicate that you are done and it's ready to go! |
