My 2D barcode labels or shipping labels aren't opening!

When generated in InventoryLab, shipping labels should automatically download as a .PDFs, and 2D barcode labels should open in a new tab to be printed using your browser's printing functions.  If this isn't happening, it could be due to your browser blocking them from opening.

Allowing Pop-Ups

Depending on your browser, you may see a block icon displayed in the browser’s URL input field when there should be more than one tab popup.  

1. Click the block icon 
2. Once the window opens, click the button to always allow pop-ups and redirects from app.inventorylab.com
3. Click Done

• If you don't see a block icon to click in Chrome, visit this link to confirm that InventoryLab's website is not blocked. 

• This should allow the labels to open so they can be printed and prevent them from being blocked going forward.
