When generated in InventoryLab, shipping labels should automatically download as a .PDFs, and 2D barcode labels should open in a new tab to be printed using your browser's printing functions. If this isn't happening, it could be due to your browser blocking them from opening.

Allowing Pop-Ups
Depending on your browser, you may see a block icon displayed in the browser’s URL input field when there should be more than one tab popup.
- Click the block icon
- Once the window opens, click the button to always allow pop-ups and redirects from app.inventorylab.com
- Click Done
- Below is an example of how this looks in Chrome.
Unblocking InventoryLab
- If you don't see a block icon to click in Chrome, visit this link to confirm that InventoryLab's website is not blocked.
- This should allow the labels to open so they can be printed and prevent them from being blocked going forward.
