If you attempt to send box content weight and dimensions through Stratify, but you have already paid for shipping in Seller Central, you will receive an error message that states:
Shipment charges already accepted. Void charges and resend box info.
To resolve this error, you'll first need to void the charges in Seller Central if you are able.
Note: Small Parcel Delivery shipments have 24 hours to void charges. (You are not able to send box weight and dimensions for LTL shipments through the MWS.)
To void shipping charges in Seller Central:
1. On your shipment page, scroll to 4. Shipping Charges.
2. Click the Void charges button.
Your charges should void immediately.
