You can still print on the 30 label sheets from regular printers, but in order to get full advantage of the InventoryLab functionality, we suggest using one of the thermal printers above. For more information on setting up your printer or how to print using the 30 label sheets, click here to go to our Printer Setup section.
The Printer Settings tab allows you to Set Up a Printer, where you will be able to choose your printer Brand, Model, and Label Type.
Click on your name in the right-hand corner of the InventoryLab Stratify application and choose Settings:
Click on Print Settings in the menu that appears on the left-hand side:
Automatically print label after adding to batch: With this box checked, when you add an item to a batch, the correct quantity of labels will automatically print.
Automatically print label on quantity edit: Check this box if you would like additional labels to automatically print when you increase the quantity on an item.
Automatically print label on Scan to Pack: Check this box if you prefer to scan the UPC on your items first while assigning box contents, and then automatically print and apply a label.
Print with high quality: This option appears only for 30336 labels using the Standard print method. It helps with these labels that are prone to blurring if they are printed too quickly.
Be sure to click 'Save Changes' after any selection you make.
Once you complete the print setup you'll have the option to check that everything is looking good by clicking the Print Test Label button on the Print Settings Page.
Change Settings on List & Prep
