Printing 30 Up Labels in Seller Central
Printing 30 Up Labels in InventoryLab
When generated through InventoryLab, 30 Up labels will download as a .PDF to your computer's downloads folder to be printed with your preferred inkjet or laser printer. Since these labels are printed outside of InventoryLab, you do not need to set up the printer within your InventoryLab Print Settings.
This type of label will not print automatically as you list or edit items like thermal labels can and will need to be generated manually.
Printing from the List & Prep page
To print labels for individual items, locate the item in the batch, click the three lines next to it, and click Print 30 Up Labels from the menu.
When asked how many labels you want to print, the number of units in the batch for the item will be filled in by default.
Change this if needed and click Print.
The 30 Up labels will download as a .PDF to your computer's downloads folder for printing.
To print labels in bulk for all of the items listed in a batch, locate the batch name under Open Batches and click the three lines next to it.
Click Print 30 Up Labels from the menu.
When asked how many labels you want to print, you can enter a number if you have a specific amount you want to print for all the items or leave it blank to print the exact amount for each item to match what is in the batch.
Click Print.
The 30 Up labels will download as a .PDF to your computer's downloads folder for printing.
Printing from the Review Batch page
To print from the Review Batch page, either select all of the items on the page by clicking the top checkbox or select individual items by clicking the checkboxes next to them if you do not need all of the labels printed.
After you select the item(s) you need labels for, click Print 30 Up Labels button in the upper right corner of the page.
When asked how many labels you want to print, you can enter a number if you have a specific amount you want to print for the item(s) or leave it blank to print the exact amount for each item selected to match what is in the batch.
Click Print.
The 30 Up labels will download as a .PDF to your computer's downloads folder for printing.
Printing from the Proposed FBA Shipment page
To print labels from the Proposed FBA Shipment page either select all of the items in a shipment by clicking the top checkbox, or select individual items by clicking the checkboxes next to them if you do not need all of the labels printed.
After you select the item(s) you need labels for, click Print 30 Up Labels button towards the right of the page.
When asked how many labels you want to print, you can enter a number if you have a specific amount you want to print for the item(s) or leave it blank to print the exact amount for each item selected to match what is in the shipment.
Click Print.
The 30 Up labels will download as a .PDF to your computer's downloads folder for printing.
Printing from the Box Content Information page
To print labels from the Box Content Information page either select all of the items in a shipment by clicking the top checkbox, or select individual items by clicking the checkboxes next to them if you do not need all of the labels printed.
After you select the item(s) you need labels for, click Print 30 Up Labels button towards the right of the page.
When asked how many labels you want to print, you can enter a number if you have a specific amount you want to print for the item(s) or leave it blank to print the exact amount for each item selected to match what is in the shipment.
Click Print.
The 30 Up labels will download as a .PDF to your computer's downloads folder for printing.
Printing from Inventory
To print a label for an item in your inventory, go to Inventory>FBA or Merchant.
Locate the item using the search bar by searching for ASIN, MSKU, Title, or by scanning the UPC.
Once you find the item, click the checkbox next to it and click Print 30 Up Labels at the bottom of the page.
When the prompt appears, enter the number of labels you need and click Print Labels.
The 30 Up labels will download as a .PDF to your computer's downloads folder for printing.
Printing from Closed Batches
If you'd like an easy way to print what you've recently sent to Amazon, you can print from your closed batches. To do so, navigate to List>Closed Batches.
From there, click the batch you would like to print labels for.
You can click the Print 30 Up Labels button next to the item you need. Or, click the checkboxes next to individual items and choose Print 30 Up Labels at the top of the page to print them for multiple items. If you'd like to print the entire batch at once, click the top checkbox to select them all.
When the prompt appears, enter a number if you have an exact amount of labels you want to print for each item selected. If you want to print the exact quantity to match what is in the batch, leave the box blank.
Click Print.
The 30 Up labels will download as a .PDF to your computer's downloads folder for printing.
Printing 30 Up Labels in Seller Central
You can print 30 Up labels for any items listed through InventoryLab directly in Seller Central.
Printing in the Send to Amazon Workflow
1. Make sure you turn Auto-print OFF in the Settings>Print Settings page in InventoryLab before listing your items.
2. After you create the shipments and send them to your queue from InventoryLab, you will want to go to your Seller Central Account>Inventory>Shipments from the menu.
3. Click the Work on Shipment button. During Step 1 of the Send to Amazon workflow, you can print 30-up labels for the items individually or for all items in the shipment by clicking the Print SKU label options shown below:
4. A new window will open where can enter the number of labels you need for each item and choose the label type you want from the drop-down.
When you select Print or Print All, a printable PDF of your labels will be generated.
Printing from Manage Inventory
1. Navigate to Seller Central>Inventory>Manage All Inventory.
2. Click the checkbox next to each MSKU you would like to print labels for. In the Action drop-down next to the search bar, choose Print Item Labels.
3. The next page will confirm the items you would like to print labels for. Choose Yes, continue.
4. On the Print Labels for Individual Products page, enter the number of labels you need for each item and choose the label type you want from the drop-down.
When you select Print Item Labels, a printable .PDF of your labels will be generated.
