This can happen when a new Amazon product listing is created in Seller Central and the ASIN is added to a batch in Stratify before the account has had a chance to sync with Amazon. Stratify syncs your inventory with Amazon every 3-6 hours.
The good news is, you have a couple of options to help avoid duplicate listings from being created!
You can choose to wait until that next sync happens before listing your items. When that happens, we will pop up a box for you to recognize the ASIN and MSKU you created with Amazon and you will be able to click a Replenish button on that popup to use it.
Realizing you may not want to wait that long, there is an alternative to prevent duplicates where you can still list right away!
Search the item and enter in your sourcing details, as you would any other listing, and scroll down to the MSKU area. Replace the new MSKU generated by Stratify with the Seller SKU assigned in Seller Central before adding the item to the batch.
1. Copy the Seller SKU in Seller Central.
2. Paste the Seller SKU from Seller Central into the MSKU field in Stratify.
Complete your listing process as usual by clicking the Add to Batch button.
This will make sure Amazon is using the listing you created instead of creating a new one under a different Seller SKU/MSKU and losing all of that valuable detail you put in.

How can I delete a duplicate MSKU I don't want?
1. Select FBA or Merchant fulfilled from the menu under your Inventory tab.
2. Locate the MSKU in your inventory and check the box next to the item’s title.
3. Click Delete towards the bottom of the page, then click OK to confirm when asked if you're sure.
Note: This will permanently delete the MSKU from both your Stratify and Seller Central inventory, so you'll want to make sure you don't have units on-hand for it before deleting to prevent them from becoming stranded.
