Unfortunately, this error is coming directly from Amazon. There is a product in your batch that is causing a conflict with the inbound shipping and/or the fulfillment center, but Amazon doesn’t give us any indication as to the specific issue.
We have contacted Amazon and they suggest each seller experiencing this issue contact Seller Support for more information on the error.
Our dev team has attempted to recreate the issue and have not been successful in doing so. We would appreciate it a ton if you would follow up and share any details from Seller Support.
In order to fix this issue today, you will need to create and upload a shipment plan file. We have included a link to step by step instructions for you :)
