First thing's first - please make sure you are signing into a compatible browser. If you attempt to sign on with an incompatible browser, you will receive an error message that your account does not exist.

Note: Stratify is not compatible with Internet Explorer.
Next, check to make sure your Caps Lock isn't pressed by mistake. Please also be sure there are no additional spaces before or after your email address/password since this can also cause an issue.
If your device or browser is able to save your password, make sure it's using the most up-to-date password.
Last, but not least, use the Forgot Password link to reset your password.
