First thing's first - please make sure you are signing into a compatible browser.
InventoryLab works with

InventoryLab is not compatible with Internet Explorer.
If you attempt to sign on with an incompatible browser, you will receive an error messages that your account does not exist
Next, check to make sure your Caps Lock isn't pressed by mistake. Please also be sure there are no additional spaces before or after your email address/password, since this can also cause an issue.
If your device is able to save your password, make sure it's using the most up to date password.
Last, but not least, use the Forgot Password link to reset your password.
