InventoryLab is designed to automatically pull data for Amazon sellers only at this time.
However, our Profit and Loss report can still include data from your sales on other marketplaces!
INCOME
To add Income made from other marketplaces manually, click the Accounting tab and select Other Income from the dropdown menu
Click the green + Add button located to the right of the search bar
Select a Category, Name, Date, Amount, and Description for your additional income and click Save
You will be able to view the details of your entry in a list
This will now be taken into account on your Profit & Loss report on the Other Income line
EXPENSES
Just like Other Income, you can add other expenses manually into InventoryLab.
Click on the Accounting tab and select Other Expenses from the drop down menu
Click the green + Add button located to the right of the search bar
Select a Category, Date, Amount, Description then click Create.
This will enter a one time expense.
If you would like the expense to automatically Repeat for your additional expense, make sure you select the repeat frequency and fill in the rest of the details before clicking create. :
Then set the repeat occurrence:
and click Create
You will be able to view the details of your entry in a list
The items that we pull in automatically from Amazon will NOT have the blue text under them, so you can differentiate between the manually entered and the automatically entered expenses from the settlement reports:
This will now be taken into account on your Profit & Loss report on a line item with the name of the Category you chose
