Amazon is pushing back an error that says the quantity of items in your InventoryLab working shipment does not match what is currently in your Seller Central working shipment. This can happen if you deleted or change the quantity of an item(s) in Seller Central and did not make the changes inside of InventoryLab.
To fix this, make sure the quantities of your items in Seller Central match the quantities of the items you have assigned in InventoryLab and send the box content information again.
If your shipment is still in Working status, you can get back to your Box Content Information page by clicking the 3 horizontal lines to the right of the shipment under Working Shipments and selecting Box Content Information
For changes needed in InventoryLab, simply click directly on the Quantity for the item and it becomes an editable field.
To DELETE the item from your shipment, edit the Quantity to 0.
Type in the correct quantity and hit Enter. You will notice that the quantity has now changed in the quantity box, near the Assign dropdown, and in your Working Shipment on Seller Central.
If you already have the items assigned to Multiple Boxes, you will need to adjust the quantities in your box assignments first to create the edit. This is because the system is unsure which box to remove the quantities from automatically.
For example, if you tried to adjust my quantity to 23, while all 24 items were assigned to 2 boxes, an error will appear.
However, if you unassign 1 of the items from the box I removed it from and then made the edit, there would not be an issue.
Once all of the needed changes have been made, click the Transmit Updated Boxes button in the lower right hand corner to resend your Box Content Data to Amazon.
