Amazon is pushing back an error that says the quantity of items in your working shipment does not match Seller Central and the box content information provided for the shipment in Stratify.
This can happen if you deleted or changed the quantity of an item(s) in a shipment in Seller Central but did not make the changes inside Stratify.
To resolve this, make sure the quantities of your items in Seller Central match the quantities of the items you have assigned in Stratify, then transmit the box content information again.
To begin, navigate to the List>List & Prep page in Stratify. Under Working Shipments, click the 3 horizontal lines to the right of the shipment you need to edit and select Box Content Information.
This will bring you to a screen similar to the Box Content page you were on when you initially completed the box assignments for the shipment.
To edit the quantity of an item, click in the Qty field next to it to enter the number, then either tap the Tab or Enter/Return key on your keyboard or click outside of the field to apply the change.
Note: You must also still abide by the 5% or 6 unit rule from Amazon that limits how much you can change quantity. (You will see a pop-up warning you of this if you attempt to make changes outside of these limits.)
If an item is assigned to multiple boxes, you will need to adjust the quantities assigned to the box(es) prior to adjusting the number in the Qty field. This is because the system is unsure which box to remove the quantities from automatically.
For example, if the quantity of the item pictured below needed to be changed from 5 units to 4, an error will appear since the units are assigned to two different boxes.
However, unassigning 1 unit from the box to match what was removed from the shipment prior to adjusting the qty field bypasses this.
To delete an item from the shipment completely, click the trashcan icon next to it, or change the number in the Qty field to zero.
You will be asked to confirm this change. To proceed, click Yes and the item will be removed in Stratify as well as Seller Central for the shipment.

Once the quantity of units for each item in the box contents matches the units in the shipment in Seller Centra, click the Transmit Updated Boxes button in the lower right-hand corner to resend your Box Content Data to Amazon.
