Now that you have a new seller account, you also have a new Merchant ID that will need to be used in InventoryLab. Since InventoryLab currently houses all of the data from your previous seller account, we would need to start you from scratch, so to speak.
Is this what you wish to do?
If so, there are a couple steps. If it is possible, please complete these steps when you have time to complete them all at one time. This will prevent any gaps in your subscription costs.
Be sure to create any Export reports you may need from InventoryLab before beginning.
1. Please follow the steps provided to cancel your existing InventoryLab subscription.
NOTE: This step will allow us to wipe the data/inventory from InventoryLab for the old seller account.
To cancel your account please login and go to Your Name (upper right of page)>Settings> then to the Billing & Plan>select Cancel My Plan.
2. If you plan on keeping the same email address for your InventoryLab account, please contact our Customer Champions at support.inventorylab.com once you've cancelled. We will need to complete an internal step before you sign up for a new account with us.
NOTE: Please wait to hear back from us before moving to step 3.
3. Go to InventoryLab and signup for a new subscription. Be sure to use your new seller account's Merchant ID when pairing your two accounts.
