To cancel your InventoryLab subscription, log in to Stratify, click your Account Name and select My Account from the dropdown menu.
Locate the Plan section and click Change My Plan.
If you have not yet entered your business address, you will be prompted to add it before making changes to your plan. To bypass this and discontinue service, click Cancel Your Plan.
If you're not prompted to enter a business address, click Cancel My Plan to proceed.
Note: If you're subscribed to the Insights add-on and wish to cancel it, but keep your InventoryLab subscription, you can click the toggle to turn it Off. For more information, please see- Managing your Insights Trial and Subscription
You will be asked for the reason you decided to discontinue service. Please let us know if there was a specific reason for this cancellation or something we could be doing better that caused you to want to leave or not use our service. We’re always looking to improve so anything you could give us to help better understand would be greatly appreciated.
You will then see a message letting you know that you will continue to have access to your InventoryLab account through your paid subscription date. Any applicable Insights fees (billed $25/month) will continue to accrue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Once your account is inactive, you will no longer have access to it, so make sure you export any data you think you may need in the future. We recommend you export these reports.
Once you've made your selection, click Cancel to proceed.
The Current Plan section will update to reflect that your subscription has been canceled and you will no longer see the Pending Charges section.
Should you change your mind and decide to come back, all you need to do is log into your account and resubscribe. This will reactivate your account and allow you to use it to its full extent again.
