To cancel your account, please login and go to Your Account Name (upper right of page) and select My Account from the dropdown menu
Click on Billing & Plan in the menu on the left
From there, select Cancel My Plan. Your account will remain active and accessible through your paid subscription period.
Please let us know if there was a specific reason for this cancellation or something we could be doing better that caused you to want to leave or not use our service. We’re always looking to improve so anything you could give us to help better understand would be greatly appreciated.
Should you change your mind and decide to come back, all you need to do is log into your account and resubscribe. This will reactivate your account and allow you to use it to its full extent again.
