To cancel your InventoryLab subscription, log in to Stratify, click your name in the upper right corner and select My Account from the dropdown menu.
Locate the Plan section and click Cancel My Plan.
You will be asked for the reason you decided to discontinue service. Please let us know if there was a specific reason for this cancellation or something we could be doing better that caused you to want to leave or not use our service. We’re always looking to improve so anything you could give us to help better understand would be greatly appreciated.
Once done, click Stop Service to proceed.
The Plan section will update to reflect that your subscription has been canceled.
Note: Your account will remain active and accessible through your paid subscription period.
Should you change your mind and decide to come back, all you need to do is log into your account and resubscribe. This will reactivate your account and allow you to use it to its full extent again.
