While listing in MFN batches, you can assign a Shipping Template for each MSKU to sync automatically with your batch details.

You can add Shipping Templates to your InventoryLab settings for quick access to select as you are listing items in MFN batches.
Before adding a shipping template in InventoryLab, it must first already exist within your Seller Central Shipping Settings. For steps to add and edit Shipping Templates in Seller Central, please refer to their documentation linked below:
To manage your MFN Shipping Templates in InventoryLab, click your Account Name and select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Click List from the left menu.
Locate the MFN Shipping Templates section. To expand or collapse the section, click the blue arrow in front of MFN Shipping Templates.
To add a new Shipping Template, click Add MFN Shipping Template.
Copy the name of your template from the Shipping Settings page in Seller Central and paste it into the Template Name field in InventoryLab.
Note: Please be sure to use the exact name of the template in Seller Central when adding it to InventoryLab. Template names cannot be more than 50 characters, cannot contain &<>”;’/ characters, and are case-sensitive.
If you enter a template name in InventoryLab that does not match the name of an existing template within your Seller Central Shipping Settings, your default template will be used.
Click Add Template.
The template will be added to the list so you can select it while listing in MFN batches.
To edit a template name, click directly in the field. Any changes you make will save automatically.
To delete a template, click the trash can icon next to the template name.
When asked to confirm, click Yes, Delete to proceed.
Note: If you add or edit a Shipping Template in Settings but have the List>List & Prep page open, you will need to refresh the List & Prep page to see the changes.
You can also add, edit, and delete Shipping Templates in InventoryLab while listing in MFN Batches.
If you use the same Shipping Templates often while listing, you can set them up to populate with the last template used under your Remember Last Entry Settings.
Using MFN Shipping Templates While Listing
To begin, create an MFN batch in InventoryLab.
Search for an item to add to the batch. While on the Item Listing Details page with it, locate the MFN Shipping Template field.
If you've already added templates in your InventoryLab Settings, you can choose from those existing templates and tap Enter on your keyboard to select it.
Note: If you're replenishing an MSKU and entered a shipping template name the last time it was listed through InventoryLab, the same shipping template name will fill in automatically. It can be changed as needed.
To add a new template, copy the template name from copy the name of your template from the Shipping Settings page in Seller Central, paste it into the MFN Shipping Template field in InventoryLab, and click Save or tap Enter on your keyboard.

To edit a template name, click the Edit button next to the name.
After making changes, click the green checkmark to save.
To delete a template, click the Edit button next to the name, then the red X button.
When asked to confirm, click Yes to proceed.
Once you've selected the correct Shipping Template for the item, continue filling in your details for the item and click Add to Batch.
After adding all your items, click Review Batch to proceed. The MFN Shipping Template assigned to each MSKU will be displayed on the Review Batch page.
Take a moment to review your batch details. Click the Submit and Sync buttons to complete your batch.
Your batch will close and you will also see the MFN Shipping Template assigned to each MSKU within the Closed Batch for reference.
Adding MFN Shipping Templates to a Buy List
You can assign MFN Shipping Templates to your items when importing a Buy List by opening your Buy List in a spreadsheet program such as Excel and adding "MFN Shipping Templates" as a column header.
Once you enter the template names for the items in the list and save the changes, the information will be imported along with the other details in the file when it's used to create or add to an existing batch in InventoryLab.
Note: Please be sure to use the exact name of the Shipping Template in Seller Central when adding it to a Buy List. Template names cannot be more than 50 characters, cannot contain &<>”;’/ characters, and are case-sensitive.
If you enter a template name to your Buy List that does not match the name of an existing template within your Seller Central Shipping Settings, your default template will be used.
