If you're using a wireless Rollo model with IL Print, but labels do not print after completing the setup in Stratify, you may need to add the printer to your computer in a different way for it to work with IL Print.
Note: Before beginning, check to confirm that you can print from the Rollo outside of InventoryLab. If it's not printing anywhere, reach out to Rollo Support for assistance before taking the below steps.
First, make sure you have the 4x6 test labels loaded in the printer. Press and hold the Wi-Fi light on the Rollo printer for 3-5 seconds. It should print a Network test page.
Take note of the IPv4 address (Example: 192.168.1.1) on the test page. We will need to reference this later.
Note: If you don't have test labels handy, the IPv4 address can also be obtained by going into the Rollo Wireless Settings page from the App and selecting the Network button on the landing page.

Download and install a fresh Rollo driver using this direct link:
Navigate to Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Add a printer
Then, click The printer that I want isn't listed.
Choose the 3rd option, Add a printer using an IP address or hostname, then click Next.
For the Device type, choose TCP/IP Device on the drop-down menu.
In the Hostname or IP address field, enter the IPv4 address found on the Network test page printed during the previous steps.
On the next page, don't make any changes, and click Next.
Under Manufacturer, choose ROLLO, then select the Rollo driver you installed during the previous steps under Printers, then click Next.
On the following page, you may rename this new printer if needed. Click Next.
On the next page, click Do not share this printer, then click Next.
On the success screen, click Finish.
Now, it's time to move over to Stratify. Before doing so, make sure the labels you want to use for your FNSKU labels have been loaded into the printer. A list of supported label types can be found here.
Navigate to Settings > Print Settings and click Remove Printer.
Click Set Up Your Printer and follow the steps to complete Print Setup in Stratify once more, then try printing a test label.
